Transitions Film Festival 2019: Vision For A Better World

The 8th annual Transitions Film Festival returns to Cinema Nova and runs from 21st February until the 8th March featuring an inspiring line-up of world-changing local and international documentary films aimed at empowering audiences to build a better world. The festival takes place as part of the Sustainable Living Festival Australia.
This year’s Transitions Film Festival program presents 28 feature documentaries covering a wide range of meaningful topics including: creative tech innovation, the future of food, youth activism, gender equality, online privacy, climate change, animal welfare, renewable energy, social justice, virtual reality and artificial intelligence.

Youth Unstoppable – An 8-year insight into the global youth climate movement.
System Error: A doco which questions the logic of infinite growth.
A Living Earth: Explores the potential of permaculture to build sustainable and resilient communities.
The Need to Grow – Executive-produced and narrated by Rosario Dawson about soul and climate challenges and breakthrough solutions.
She Started It – Which celebrates female-led world-changing startups.
