For this Earth Day giveaway, we’ve partnered with B-Corp certified social enterprise Treedom to give 25 people a chance to win their very own cacao tree planted in the virtual Eco Warrior Princess Forest. Total prize value is approximately €372 (roughly US$405).
Treedom is the only website in the world that allows you to plant a tree from a distance and follow its unique journey online.
Each cacao tree we’re giving away has its own profile, is geolocated and photographed during planting. Winners also get access to a special tree diary function that provides regular updates on the smallholders and agroforestry projects in which the tree is planted.

A Treedom tree helps to capture and offset carbon, encourages biodiversity, combats soil erosion and desertification, financially supports smallholder farmers build sustainable agro-foresty systems, and offers training, income opportunities and empowerment. All trees will be planted in Cameroon. Each tree will be cared for by a local smallholder farmer and it will directly benefit the planting individuals and their families to improve their socio-economic conditions.

The winners will be drawn at random and will be announced on either Instagram Stories, Facebook and Twitter.
Winners will be notified via the email address used to enter the giveaway and must reply with their full name and postal address within five business days of notification.
In the event of the winner/s being uncontactable or non-responsive another random draw will be held.
