Less Stuff – More Meaning a small business specialising in conscious weddings brings to Australia Mindfully Wed to push the boundaries of ethical weddings even further. Their Mindfully Wed event is a unique wedding expo that focusses on celebrating simplicity and the values of conscious couples.

The expo is about developing a sense of community and leave couples feeling inspired and empowered to create a wedding of their dreams that embody their ethical values. To help couples further and make the wedding planning process easy, the Mindfully Wed team are working on an e-guide which will be released at the event.

Events will take place across Australia and even travel to New Zealand, the first of which will be held in Sydney on the 7th of October 2017.
A range of speakers who have a love for sustainability and eco styling will be available to offer assistance to guests to help them and their partners feel inspired to plan and hold a stunning conscious wedding. Couples attending will have countless chances to meet and interact with the speakers during the late afternoon to early evening event and have all of their questions answered.

- Lenka Harvey from Lenka Couture: Australia’s first and only officially recognised Bridal Designer
Lenka will share her knowledge of ethical fashion and how she is setting standards surrounding sustainable bridal gowns - Tania Gnecchi-Ruscone from RUUSK: Jeweller and designer who specialises in ethical rings using Australian gold
Not only will Tania be offering free ring sizing on the night, she will also be sharing her passion for local design and provide couples with advice on creating very meaningful, but at the same time ethical, pieces. - Lee Holmes: Author of Supercharged Food and Real Ethical Bride
Lee and her Husband Justin have in the past shared their wisdom on planning their amazing boho wedding, embracing a simple lifestyle and the topics of community, family and friendship and will again be sharing their insights. - Sarah Tolmie: Relationship Coach from Life & Love
Sarah will be sharing excerpts from her Miracle marriage course with guests including ‘how to approach your marriage with intention, conscious creating and care’.

Event organiser Less Stuff – More Meaning has a vision to give back whenever possible which is why it was decided The Freedom Hub would make the perfect venue. The Freedom Hub is a charity that supports survivors of trafficking in Australia and use their café and event space to raise funds for their Survivor School. The Freedom Hub fights slavery and joins the organisers in championing ethical weddings.
