You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make. – Jane Goodall

First off, I want you to know that I am grateful that you’re here. You obviously care about our world, otherwise why are you here?

Whether you did a search on Google, found the site in an ethical fashion bloggers round-up or someone shared one of our posts with you, I want you to know that I appreciate you stopping by.

And just by you being here, I already know something about you.

You’re a seeker. You’re looking for something real, something true, something better.

How do I know this?

Because I’m a seeker too.

Now just so you know, Eco Warrior Princess began as a personal blog by me, Jennifer Nini, back in 2010. I created it to share my deep thoughts on many topics from fashion to politics, to help stimulate critical thinking and encourage people to take action to make this world a better, greener, more kinder place.

However over the years, it has grown to become so much more than a blog.

It is a website with many contributors who care just as deeply about ethics, social justice and sustainability as I. We care about making a difference.

And despite its growth over the years and having been sought for comment as a result of our passion for sustainability, the central mission of Eco Warrior Princess remains the same: to be the change.

So have fun browsing through the site and if you want to learn more about me, read this post.

If you’re an ethical brand or an advertiser…

Eco Warrior Princess is not just any blog. Our reach is far and wide and we’ve been writing about this stuff before it became cool to care. So although we seriously dislike the word “influencer” that’s what we are. Sustainable fashion and green lifestyle influencers.

So if you want to work together, please read this page first as you may find that supporting us in this way is more suitable to your marketing strategy.

I also believe in fair trade and pay the core team because I believe in compensating people for the value they provide. So if you’re looking to work with us, remember that we expect compensation. It is simply unfair that businesses expect us to do promotional work and then try to exploit us by expecting us to volunteer our time and not get paid. We are building a financially sustainable business much like you. I expect you have a marketing budget, like we have. And if you don’t, you’re in trouble. Anyway I won’t go into why you’re facing an uphill battle if you don’t have a marketing budget, but I will suggest you read this post to understand how we feel about compensation.

If you are happy with this fair trade arrangement and interested in obtaining our media kit, you can download it from this page.

I also encourage you to subscribe to the blog to get an understanding of how we connect with our audience.

If you’re a guest contributor…

If you have an original article that you’d like to submit or would like to be a regular contributor, read this post first.

I also encourage you to review our editorial calendar so you know what our monthly themes and topics are and can pitch your article keeping our editorial calendar in mind.

Anyway, I don’t want to bombard you, we have loads of time to get to know each other. Browse at your own pace. I’ve been here for seven years and quite frankly, I’ll be here no matter what.
